25 different ways to serve the community

On May 17, the entire upper school student body, as well as faculty and staff, spent the morning serving the greater Providence community. Twenty-two off campus locations, and three on-site, were identified by student organizers as places where we could lend helping hands.

MB student recognized as 2013 U.S. Presidential Scholar

Congratulations to Jessica Magro '13 for being named a U.S. Presidential Scholar representing the state of Rhode Island. Jessica is one of only two students in our state to be honored this year. Upper school teacher Karen Lustig was selected by Jessica as her most influential teacher.

Congratulations to the Moses Brown senior class, who earned acceptances to 155 different colleges and universities this year. Well, if not, 8th grade is on the job! These questions and more are being addressed through this year's Independent Study Projects.
