Friends Hall
Built in 1962, Friends Hall is a home base for Upper School at Moses Brown. Designed by The Architects Collaborative, Friends Hall is a modernist take on classic New England building materials.
Friends Hall houses World Language, Science, and some Math classrooms, as well as the Head of Upper School's office. It also provides spaces for social gathering, quiet study, and grab-and-go dining in Marc's Place, a small pret-á-manger eatery.
During the warmer months, no place is more popular than the front deck of Friends Hall. Whether students are studying, just hanging out, or enjoying a quick game of Spikeball or Kan Jam, the deck is the unofficial "MBeach."
