Supporting future-ready learning across our entire community, Moses Brown’s Innovation Team, led by Dean of Faculty Mo Nagle, serves as the central hub across Moses Brown's four primary areas of innovation:

Uniting these four pillars under one collaborative team, we seamlessly share resources and strategically support faculty in bringing cross-divisional projects to life. This structural alignment provides clear pathways for our signature initiatives, such as Purpose Projects, ensuring every student benefits from real-world, hands-on learning experiences throughout their journey at MB.

The formation of our innovation team is an exciting moment for Moses Brown. This group provides a coordinated, cross-divisional effort to inspire and enrich our students’ experiences across our many places of learning, including our classrooms, the Y-Lab, our outdoor learning spaces, and while traveling on MB TRIPS. With our sights set on fulfilling the promise of our Light the Way initiatives, we will be guided closely by our Quaker mission and values as we navigate the complex challenges of the 21st century.
