Alumnae coaches help girls’ soccer goalies make the save

Moses Brown Girls’ Soccer goalie squad has the good fortune to be working this year with two young alumnae mentors, both skilled goalies in their own right, as well as experienced coaches.

“I love working with the girls. I’m super grateful to have this opportunity,” says Kelly Graziano ’20. After serving as assistant coach for the JV girls’ team, she is now a volunteer goalie coach this year.

Catalina Mazo ’15 is back for her fifth year of soccer coaching at MB. Cat started at MB in 7th Grade after her involvement with Project Goal, an afterschool soccer program and mentoring initiative. Moses Brown is one of the institutions that supports the program in a variety of ways.

“The community is unreal, the girls keep getting better, and it’s fun to always give back,” says Cat.
