Student Life
At Moses Brown School, students participate in afternoon activities from Monday to Friday, running from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. These activities offer a wide array of options, such as athletics, theater, involvement in any of MB's 50 clubs and activities, or joining a musical group. We encourage students to explore these opportunities and actively engage with the MB community, fostering personal growth and enrichment.
Athletics
Moses Brown has a long tradition of athletic excellence. Our sports program emphasizes cooperation, sportsmanship, and teamwork, and in learning to be a part of a team, kids find they are part of something bigger than themselves.
Arts
Whether students are already highly accomplished or are trying something for the first time, Moses Brown offers an extensive range of opportunities for visual, musical, and performing artists to develop their craft and artistry.
Clubs
With over 50 groups and activities to choose from, students are invited to follow their passions and get involved in the school community. Moses Brown offers a variety of co-curricular clubs, programs, and affinity groups for students to explore.
Dining
Moses Brown has three dining areas for students, all staffed and operated by SAGE Dining, a leader in school food service nationwide. SAGE offers dining options that are nutritious, responsive to health and religious requirements, and always delicious.
Health & Wellness
As a Friends School, Moses Brown's School nurses provide the utmost care for learning, people, and place. They offer comprehensive care and manage first aid, injuries, medications, and health records to ensure a healthy student experience.
Transportation
At Moses Brown, students come from all regions of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Students commute to campus utilizing a range of transportation methods including taking local and regional buses or carpooling, others drive, walk or bike to campus.
