Supporting MB

Give Now

Moses Brown provides a world-class education to its students.  But with a financial model that is 92% tuition-dependent, the programs and facilities we offer students outstrip tuition and endowment income distributions.

Donors like you bridge that gap.

Annual giving and support for endowment and capital projects ensure that Moses Brown students enjoy the most challenging and supportive education available.

The Moses Brown Fund

Every year, more than 1,400 alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends give to the Moses Brown Fund, which supports four essential aspects of our students’ experience:

40% supports great teaching, innovative curricula, and cutting-edge technology;

20% enhances programs outside the classroom, including athletics, arts, and Friends education;

20% provides scholarships for a talented and diverse student body;

20% helps care for our historic campus.

We hope that every member of our community will support the Moses Brown Fund each year, and also consider special gifts to MB priorities that align with their particular interests.

Endowment

Giving to Moses Brown’s endowment ensures the long-term financial security of our school. Endowed funds are invested in perpetuity, and only a small portion of the income they generate is spent each year.  This helps MB contain tuition increases while providing excellent programs, facilities, and faculty, and offering robust scholarships for talented children.

Woodman Seat Campaign

Become a part of MB history by naming a seat in the Woodman Family Community & Performance Center!
